Shanaye La Beaud is a vibrant and dedicated professional specializing in learning and development. With over a decade of impactful leadership experience, including her previous role as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Elephant Insurance, she is passionate about cultivating strong leaders and creating developmental pathways for individuals at every stage of their careers.

Shanaye is a proud graduate of VCU's Executive MBA program (2019) and holds the SHRM-CP certification (2020). She has also acquired her leadership certification as a Resilience Building Leadership Trainer (RBLP-T), empowering leaders to develop resilient teams by nurturing, sustaining, and repairing relationships.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Shanaye actively contributes to her community as a Youth Leader and GROW University Instructor with Speaking Spirit Ministries, as well as serving as the Virtual Host. Additionally, she leads the Greater Richmond Chapter of the Association of Talent Development as its President.
